Our Approach
At Box It Out, we take a holistic approach to youth development—combining physical activity, mentorship, and mental wellness to support the whole child. Our programs are designed to help youth build confidence, develop discipline, and learn how to manage their emotions in a positive and healthy way.

Boxing Training
Youth participate in structured, non-contact boxing sessions that build discipline, focus, and physical fitness. These sessions provide a safe and controlled outlet for energy, stress, and frustration.
Mental Wellness
Each week, youth take part in guided discussions and activities led by mental health facilitators. These sessions focus on emotional awareness, stress management, and healthy communication, helping youth better understand themselves and others.
Mentorship
Our coaches and facilitators serve as positive role models, offering guidance, encouragement, and support. Through consistent mentorship, youth build confidence, strengthen decision-making skills, and develop a sense of accountability.
Journaling & Reflection
Participants use guided journals to reflect on their experiences, set personal goals, and process their emotions. This practice encourages self-awareness and helps reinforce the lessons learned during each session.

Our Youth Trainers
At Box It Out, our youth trainers play a key role in creating a positive and relatable environment for participants. These young leaders are not only trained in boxing fundamentals but also serve as mentors who understand the experiences and challenges many youth face today.
By learning from peers closer to their age, participants often feel more comfortable, engaged, and motivated throughout the program.
